This three axes CNC Surface Grinding Machine is designed and developed to cater almost all surface grinding applications using other special accessories which include Profile Grinding and Creep Feed Grinding Jobs; Higher Spindle Motor Power can be offered against requirements.

CNC three axes surface grinding machine is sturdy and rigid. All the castings are adequately ribbed to with stand heavy grinding forces. All three axes slides move on one veer and one flat guideways with Turcite Lining; all three axes guideways along with Ball Screws are lubricated with Automatic Recirculating type lubrication system with low oil level signal and pressure drop signal system.

The movements are through Ball Screws and Ball Screw support unit with super precision bearings. Servo motors are directly coupled with Ball Screws with zero backlash servo couplings.

The complete assembly Turcite lined guideways with Auto lubrication system, servo motor with servo coupling coupled to Ball Screw with Auto lubrication give Highly Sensitive mechanism to achieve Micronic Slides movement with stick-slip free motion.

Grinding spindle housing is a cartridge type unit assembled with super precision spindle bearings packed with imported grease for long trouble-free service.

All the machine controls are through CNC controller.
