• Machines are manufactured by owners having year of experience of manufacturing welknown PARMAR brand Lathe machines.
• Hardened, stabilized and precisely ground spindle is equipped with SUPER PREICISION SPINDLE BEARINGS duly packed with IMPORTED GREASE to last long.
• Cartridge type Spindle unit ease servicing to spindle unit whenever needed; spindle unit is maintained for interchangeability.
• The Spindle unit is directly coupled to motor to avoid effect of belt on job ground.
• Vertical and cross feed screw/nut threads are coated with special low friction material to enhance screw/nut life.
• All movements with bearing assemblies - vertical movements with two nos. thrust bearings, cross and longitudinal movement with ball bearings, grease packed for long life.
• Large size Vee-Flat guide ways to have long flatness accuracy me as per international standard.
• All guide ways are FULLY GROUND to high degree of accuracy and fine surface finish - guarantees long accuracy life and high degree of surface finish on the job ground.
• In case of longitudinal BALL GUIDEWAYS the rails are separate, hardened and precisely ground steel strips to have smooth FATIGUELESS longitudinal movement.
• We claim lowest friction for longitudinal movement with ball guide ways, lowest torque required to move table and in turn lowest fatigue in any Indian manual surface grinder.
• Wire rope drive avoids the effect of RACK and PINION movement on the job ground - the jobs have CHATTER FREE SMOOTH Grinding finish.
• All machines are tested as per IS TEST CHART and copy of TEST CHART is issued with all machines.
• All machines are covered under FULL one year warrantee against any manufacturing defect.
• All machines are supplied with a TEST PIECE ground on the machine as a guide line to the customer so that customer can know the surface finish value possible to achieve on the machine; Surface finish of the test piece is measured with an ELECTRONIC SURFACE FINISH MEASURING INSTRUMENT and a certificate is issued for the actual surface finish value achieved.
