  • The machine is developed based on the latest control technology and features various grinding modes, including Step Grinding, Continuous Grinding, Plunge Grinding, and Face Grinding. All the modes are optimised to be most productive and accurate with various materials and applications.

  • The Creep Feed Grinder offers high-precision CNC functions with a least command increment of 0.001 mm, rapid positioning, linear and circular interpolation, and feed rate override up to 120%, as well as Manual Reference Point Return, M.P.G., Dwell, and Dry Run for precise control and surface finish.

  • Works on X (longitudinal), Y (vertical), and Z (cross) axes that are driven by A.C. Servo Motors with zero backlash ball screws and guided along fine guideways to allow micronic, zero stick-slip movements.

  • Each guideway is equipped with an auto-lubrication system, which has a re-circulating filtration with low & high signal and pressure drop signal to provide a dust-free running environment.

  • The grinding spindle cartridge is fitted with imported high-carbon bearings that are life-lubricated with grease, ensuring longer service life.

  • In industrial use, available in sizes of between 500 x 250 mm down to 3000 x 700 mm.
