BRIEF DESCRIPTION

  • PDC series machines are FIXED BEAM Design DOUBLE COLUMN Surface grinding machines providing Automation in all 3 Axes. Vertical Programmable Auto Down Feed feature containing Auto Grinding cycle with Rough, Finish & Spark Out options on a 7" Colour Touch screen HMI.

  • LONGITUDINAL AXIS i.e. X-Axis is driven by Hydraulic cylinder with END CUSHIONING to ensure effective damping at stroke limits, along with solenoid valve control for smooth and soft table reversals.

  • VERTICAL AXIS i.e. Y-Axis is driven by A. C. Servo Motor through Double ended Precision Ball Screw & Nut on Precision Roller-type L. M. Guide ways.

  • CROSS (BEAM) AXIS i.e. Z-Axis is driven by A. C. Servo Motor through Double ended Precision Ball Screw & Nut on Precision Roller-type L. M. Guide ways.

  • GRINDING SPINDLE-CARTRIDGE (Belt Driven) is assembled with SUPER PRECISION BEARINGS along with Imported GREASE Filled for LIFE for Long trouble-free service.

  • PDC series machines are used for machining large, heavy components requiring tight tolerances and superior surface finish in Aerospace, Automotive, Tool & die, Machine tool building, Grinding Precision guide ways, Base plates, Moulds, and Critical Big precision parts.
